Minami Circle's 2007 Welcome Party

On 21 Sept 2007, Kanagawa International Foundation's Minami Circle held their "Welcome Party" at a Yokohama hotel (near Yamashita Park in Naka-ku). This year's "Welcome Party's" program was spectacular.
